Waffen-SS M44 Mantel (greatcoat)

A rare original M44 type Waffen-SS ‘mantel’ greatcoat. This greatcoat is marked SS-BW indicating production at the SS-Bekleidungswerke. The Mantel is in good, lightly used condition and still retains the factory sewn sleeve eagle. The greatcoat is a nice big size but is shorter then the usual mantels. Fits a mannequin perfectly. The greatcoat is in good condition. It is made from captured thick Italian wool as many of the late war Waffen-SS garments.
