WW2 Original Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Highlanders  ‘bonnet’ Tam O’ Shanter. This is an English made private purchased hat. The SDG cap badge and tartan or original wartime applied to the Tam, tartan is sewn to the Tam. This Tam O’ Shanter has its original blue coloured Toorie for the Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Highlanders. Looks like it was named, not readable unfortunately. Shows traces of usage and some moth damage. This is a great Tam for display with your 3rd CID collection!
