British WW2 Royal Armoured Corps (RAC) ‘tank’ Helmet. These steel RAC helmets were produced in England and used by British, Canadian and Polish troops during WW2. The helmet is in very good condition with its original factory paint. Liner is the new type with ‘lift the dot’ system, dated BMB 1945. With the new model full length chinstrap, marked FFL 1945. Helmet shows normal traces of usage. These helmets were used by armoured personnel in tanks, brencarriers and other armoured vehicles. Hard to find helmet in this untouched condition!
