The beret is maker marked ‘Kangol Wear Limited’ and is dated 1945 with size 6 1/4 and war-department marked Z what indicates the date 1945. Two holes for cap badge present. The original size label is still there.

The RAC berets getting harder to find. Hard to upgrade!
