RCE Armoured Beret – Dorothea 1943

Original WW2 Royal Canadian Engineers (RCE) armoured beret. The beret is manufactured Dorothea Hats Ltd, Toronto and dated 1943 in size 7, C broad arrow stamped. The cap  badge is original wartime with the beret and is well worn into the wool. Some RCE units were attached to the armoured corps and wore there cap badge on black beret. The beret is in worn condition, some slightly mothing on one small part of the beret which is barely visible (no holes) see last photo.

Very hard to find Canadian made armoured beret and with an original RCE cap badge. Rarely offered for sale!
