RCA Victor made ‘Model BP-10 Personal’ radio
A rare original WW2 RCA Victor made ‘ Model BP-10 Personal ‘ radio. Famously made and issued to French resistance fighters in occupied France in order to listen to BBC broadcasts. It’s small size and broad coverage made it the perfect radio for such tasks. In 1943 150 units were delivered to France during a clandestine landing (operation Orion). A rare and interesting piece. Working condition unknown. Measures approx; 22cm long.
