Princess Louise Fusiliers – Battle Dress 1943

Original WW2 Princess Louise Fusiliers battle dress tunic worn by a Major. The Princess Louise Fusiliers regiment was part of the 5th Canadian Armoured Division. This is a nice field worn tunic. The tunic shows traces of wear, maker marked by the company T. Eaton Co Ltd from Montreal. Dated 1943 with size 11. Original period badged jacket with embroidered Princess Louise Fusiliers shoulder titles, CANADA titles and 5th Canadian Armoured Division patches. Major rank insignia to both shoulder straps and overseas service chevrons. The backside is period tailor modified which is very nice. Stitches for the Canadian Volunteer Service medal ribbon are still there (no ribbon).

Original Canadian Battledress of the Princess Louise Fusiliers which was part of the 5th Canadian Armoured Division. The tunic shows traces of usage, maker marked by the company Tip Top Tailors Ltd. Dated 1943 with size 5. The tunic has embroidered shoulder titles and CANADA titles with printed division patches and 4 service chevrons. The tunic has an open-collar.
