British MK1 Airborne (Paratrooper) Helmet 1943 – MINT CONDITIE
WW2 British MK1 Airborne (Paratrooper) Helmet 1943. This helmet appears in unused condition! The HSAT MK1 helmet was fitted with leather chinstrap, this is an early stitched chinstrap construction. Nice original factory roughened paint, the chin cup retains its chamois lining. The liner of the helmet is clearly maker marked BMB and dated 1943. The size compromises 6 7/8. The black sorbo is still very supple.
Hard to upgrade! Very nice original WW2 British Airborne Helmet.
