Luftwaffe M40 SD Helmet – Q62
Original Luftwaffe M40 combat helmet with single decal. This helmet is maker marked Q62 what indicates the company F.W. Quist from Esslingen and lot number DN137. The helmet is in uncleaned condition as found, shows traces of wear, with its original liner with cord present. Helmet comes with its original chinstrap, which is unfortunately broken and dry, see photo. The decal remains in very good condition. Nice original Luftwaffe helmet!

This is a Luftwaffe M40 combat helmet with single decal and chinstrap.
This is a helmet produced by the company ‘HKP64’ which indicates the company of ‘Sächsische Emaillier und Stanzwerke’ from Lauter. With helmet size 64 with lot number 13746. The helmet is in used condition, the liner show a damage on one tongue and having its original liner string present and marked size 55. The early chinstrap is marked L.B.A. ‘Luftwaffe Bekleidungs Ambt’ and dated 1938.
