King’s Own Rifles of Canada – Coloured Field Service Cap
Original WW2 ‘King’s Own Rifles of Canada’ coloured field service cap. The cap is in good condition, shows traces of usage. Badge is there forever and the cap badge is having a nice red coloured backing. The regiment mobilized the ‘1st Battalion, The King’s Own Rifles of Canada, CASF’ for active service on 29 January 1942. The unit served in Canada in a home defence role as part of the 14th Infantry Brigade, 8th Canadian Division.
