This is an orginal British Commando Green beret in good condition, shows normal traces of usage.
The beret is maker marked ‘Kangol Wear Limited’ and dated 1944 with size 6 7/8.
Nicely War-Department ‘M’ marked what indicates that the beret was issued in 1944. Shows one small hole (2nd picture, left edge). The beret comes with an original capbadge. The small leather part inside the beret behind the ventilation holes is gone.
