This is a Canadian WW2 manufactured Leather Jerkin. The leather jerkin was originally introduced in the British army during WW1 and was quite popular with the troops and its usage continued through out WW2. The Canadian manufactured leather jerkins are made in multi panel construction and are much better quality compared to the British leather jerkins. This jerkin is in very good condition, mint condition IMO. The maker label is not present, this particular Canadian made jerkins were only made during WW2. Good size (medium to large). These leather jerkins were worn by the infantry, armoured troops and other troops.

This jerkin is in very good condition. The jerkin is dated 1943. Normal medium size.
These leather jerkins were worn by the infantry, armoured troops and other troops.
