British MkII Helmet – BMB 1943

Original WW2 British MkII helmet. The liner is maker marked BMB 1943. Shell has no visible markings. The chinstrap and liner are covered with something dark red, which is in my opinion blood, definitely no rust. Anyway an good original helmet as found and what has not been touched after the war.
