British Anti Gas Helmet Cover – 1942

WW2 British Anti Gas helmet cover. Good example of the second pattern, designed to cover all the helmet. This example with faint Camouflage and retaining press stud and elasticated strap. Nicely maker marked and dated 1942. Near unissued condition and very supple, still elastic. These covers were also used as raincover.
